In an effort to secure our platform even further with the latest updates and security upgrades, we are carrying out a system-wide maintenance activity on Orderbox which will result in a short period of downtime.

This activity will take place on Sunday, 2nd of December, 2018 from 07:00 AM till 10:00 AM IST.

What to expect

During the downtime, the following applications/services dependent on Orderbox will be unavailable:

  1. Orderbox (Reseller and Customer) Control Panel and APIs (Domain Control Panels)
  2. Whois, CSV reports
  3. SuperSites and Partnersites
  4. Internal applications/tools dependent on Orderbox services

How this impacts you:

  1. You will not be able to purchase/register or renew any order during the downtime
  2. This maintenance will in no way affect your hosting orders, websites, domains, mail services or any other active web product that you may have purchased from us.

This downtime will also be applicable for API users and they will receive a 503 response code.
